Hidangan bermacam-macam, rendang menjadi khas dan tidak boleh dilupakan karena jika tidak ada hari raya menjadi sedikit kurang. Suasana Hari raya biasanya meriah ketika idul fitri mulai tiba, ilir mudik berdatangan hingga kemacetan.
Tetapi pada hari raya idul adha sama halnya seperti perayaan hari besar agama lainya seperti maulud nabi dan lain-lainnya. Uniknya di Bangka, hari raya idul adha dirayakan sama seperti Idul Fitri dan tidak ada bedanya.
Meriahnya hari raya Idul adha sudah memjadi tradisi masyarkat ini, tapi jangan lupa ketaqwaan kita halus selalu ditingkatkan.

Disini masyarakat merayakannya layaknya idul fitri. Budaya inilah tidak bisa dirubah dan telah menjadi tradisi masyarakat melayu bangka. Hari raya idul adha ada yang beda, jika idul fitri kita berpuasa satu bulan penuh tapi idu adha diwarnai dengan penyemblihan hewan kurban.
Hewan-hewan kurban tersebut disemblih serelah usai sholat id, dan dagingnya dibagikan kepada kaum yang tidak mampu agar bisa menikmati daging dan berhari raya bersama. Hewan kurban tersebut biasanya yang lazimnya yaitu sapi dan kambing.
Ada satu yang menjadi budaya melayu bangka yang tidak ketinggalan yaitu Nganggung. Pasti bingung ya..bagi penduduk daerah lain. Nganggung adalah membawa makana berupa ketupat, nasi, rendang, kue dan lainnya ke masjid atau balai adat untuk dimakan bersama setelah dibaca doa-doa yang dipanjatkan kepada Allah SWT.
